PED 155 is a 1 cr. physical activity class where students will use circuit training to workout individually throughout the semester. Circuit training uses free weights, weight machines, cardio or any combination through a series of stations to complete a full body workout. Recommended for students who have some previous weight lifting experience and who want a balanced fitness program. Intensity level will vary on experience and individual. May not be enrolled in PED 216 concurrently. Flex-time scheduling.
